We are driven by our shared passion for travel.

We help people further discover the world. We cater to both leisure & corporate travel. Our aim is to enable our clients' smoothest & most significant travel experiences.

Alexa Mollicchi Casanova is a passionate travel advisor living between Germany & Puerto Rico.

Alexa moved eight times before she was even an adult — growing up between Aspen, Corsica, and Paris, always somewhere new. That constant motion is where her passion for travel comes from; it was never really a choice.

It's paired with a law degree, a master's in international business, and a career built on contracts, negotiation, and building experiences for teams: she worked events through N26's hypergrowth, was Head of Community at Berlin coliving provider The Base, led events at CoWomen, a Berlin coworking space, and built her first venture, VonCasa Tech, building and hosting websites. That mix — logistics, negotiation, and a genuine love for the teams she works with — is what now powers every group trip and retreat VonCasa contracts.
